At Harano’s Elite Tradeworks, we’re more than a business—we’re a family working together to serve our community while building a legacy for the next generation. This page introduces the team: Stephen, Jillian, and our two children—each bringing their own unique energy and talents to the table. Stephen – Visionary, Builder, and Financial Strategist
With over two decades of hands-on experience and a passion for problem-solving, Stephen is the engine behind Harano’s Elite Tradeworks. A U.S. Navy veteran and Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®), he blends technical expertise, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to service across every aspect of the business—from auto repair and SharePoint development to financial and legacy planning.
Stephen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Analysis, a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Homeland Security, and a Master’s degree in Financial Services with a concentration in Legacy Planning. He also earned a Postgraduate Professional Certificate in Blockchain Technology and a Professional Certificate in Business Data Analytics, equipping him to bring modern, data-driven solutions to complex challenges.
Whether he’s optimizing a workflow, rebuilding an engine, or guiding a family toward financial security, Stephen leads with skill, integrity, and an unwavering dedication to empowering others and building a legacy for his own family.
Jillian – Creative Heart and Master of Detail
Jillian brings beauty, precision, and care to Harano’s Elite Tradeworks through her work as a Certified Nail Technician, offering salon-quality manicures, pedicures, and custom designs both in-home and on the go. Her commitment to excellence ensures every client leaves feeling confident and cared for.
In addition to her creative talents, Jillian holds an Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Science, reflecting her lifelong passion for nurturing both people and animals. She plays a vital role in business operations, customer engagement, and brand presentation—infusing every aspect of the company with warmth, integrity, and attention to detail.
Alerio – Junior Tech & Workshop Assistant
Curious, sharp, and always eager to learn, Rio helps out with light tech tasks, product prep, and assists in the workshop under supervision. As part of our long-term vision, they are compensated for their contributions, with earnings invested into a custodial Roth IRA and 529 plan, teaching the value of discipline, saving, and entrepreneurship from a young age.
Kaito – Creative Helper & Future Entrepreneur
Whether it’s helping with crafts, organizing supplies, or greeting clients, Kai brings joy and energy to every corner of our operations.
